APPRENTICESHIP
LEVY

The Apprenticeship Levy is a tax on UK employers with an annual wage bill exceeding £3 million, designed to fund apprenticeship training. Levy-paying businesses can use these funds to invest in their own apprenticeships. Non-levy paying small and mid-sized enterprises (SMEs) can also access these funds to train staff or recruit new apprentices. This initiative supports the development of skills across various sectors.
